Shipping policy

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please contact us if you would like to explore alternative methods.
  • Estimated shipping time will be calculated and displayed at checkout. *Delays may occur due to COVID-19
  • Labyrinth Guitarworks ships worldwide, and is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • Labyrinth Guitarworks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Also contact us so we can be aware of the situation and do what we can to help. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Warranty/Return Policy


Every Labyrinth instrument is covered by a 3 year limited warranty. This warranty supports any purchasers of a Labyrinth instrument. If at any point in the warranty term there is malfunction due to faulty materials or workmanship, Labyrinth Guitarworks will either repair or replace the instrument, as it deems appropriate at its sole discretion. Labyrinth Guitarworks reserves the right to use materials regularly utilized at the time of repair in the event that original materials are no longer available.

This warranty  does not apply to:
  • Any instrument that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or improper operation.
  • Any instrument that has been altered or modified in any way
  • The subjective issue of tonal characteristics.
  • Shipping damages of any kind. Shipping damage on products being sent back to Labyrinth Guitarworks are at the full liability and responsibility of the sender.
  • Any instrument that has been purchased from an unauthorized dealer, or upon which unauthorized repair or service has been performed.
  • Normal wear and tear (i.e; worn frets, fingerboard wear, worn machine heads, worn plating, string replacement or damages to or discoloration of the instrument finish for any reason).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will help you prepare for shipping. Shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the buyer unless alternative arrangements have been made. 
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return (such as special off-menu orders or personalized items), and anything that shows clear signs of use. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
